Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids from pre-qualified and registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of various distribution materials. The procurement is financed under LESCO’s local funds and delivery is free to consignee stores at Regional Store Shalimar Lahore, 132-kV Grid Station Walegon, Shohkal (Ferozewattwan), and Pattoki. Items being procured:
- 400 KVA Distribution Transformer (New) (160 units)
- 630 KVA Distribution Transformer (New) (40 units)
- Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles (35 units)
- Paper A-4 Size 80 gram in original packing (17,500 reams)
- Earth Rods Complete Set (225,000 units)
The technical scope covers supply of electrical distribution transformers, utility vehicles for operational use, standard office paper, and earth rods essential for electrical grounding. The transformers are new and intended for distribution networks. The utility vehicles are insulated bucket mounted, suitable for electrical maintenance tasks. Paper supply is for administrative use, and earth rods are critical for safety and grounding in electrical installations.
Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. They should have relevant experience and valid PEC registration if applicable. Earnest Money or CDR must be deposited as per bidding documents. Bidding documents with detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available on the E-PADs portal and LESCO’s website.
