This opportunity is for the appointment of District Surveillance Officers (B-17) in Quetta Division, Balochistan, under the Divisional Director Health Services. The role focuses on disease surveillance and outbreak response across districts including Chaman and Killa Abdullah, ensuring public health safety through active monitoring and data management.
The appointed officers will lead surveillance activities, coordinate outbreak responses, and manage case listings and data reporting within their districts. The position demands an MBBS/BDS degree with PMDC registration and preference for candidates with postgraduate qualifications like SPH, MPH, or FETP fellowship. The work environment involves close interaction with district health teams and requires strong leadership to maintain surveillance sensitivity and timeliness.
