Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant along with all necessary accessories at Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur. The procurement falls under Medical & Surgical Supplies and Plumbing & Sanitary Items categories, reflecting the technical and sanitary nature of the equipment and installation work.
The scope includes a 2000 Gallons Per Day RO Plant capable of handling 1000-3000 TDS water, featuring stainless steel feed pumps, multimedia and carbon filters, cartridge filters, high-pressure booster pumps, and Taiwan-made RO membranes. The system is equipped with advanced instrumentation such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and an online TDS meter. Post-treatment includes mineral dosing and food-grade storage tanks. The installation also covers civil works for RCC foundations and all piping using Hydro Plants U.PVC Schedule 80 fittings. Delivery and installation are required at the Sukkur IBA University campus and IBA Public School Ubauro.
Bidders must comply with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended), hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and not be blacklisted. PEC registration and FBR/ATL status are advised for eligibility. The tender requires a bid security and performance security as per the conditions. The contract includes a one-year warranty with free parts and labor, and liquidated damages apply for late delivery. The procurement is governed by Sindh Public Procurement law.
