Ditching, Backfilling, Reinstatement & Allied Works for Underground Network Replacement Against System Rehabilitation Program FY 2025-26 in Bahawalpur Region

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors in the Bahawalpur Region for ditching, backfilling, reinstatement, and allied works related to underground network replacement under the System Rehabilitation Program for the fiscal year 2025-26. The works are to be carried out at multiple locations within Bahawalpur including Baghi Khana Road, Riaz Colony, Noorul Haq Colony, Bahawal Colony, Faisal Colony, and Sajid Awan Town. The scope includes replacement of underground pipelines with specified diameters and metrage. Items being procured: - Baghi Khana Road, Bwp., Riaz Colony, Noorul Haq Colony, Bahawal Colony, Bwp.: 1-1/4 Dia P.E = 3,000 Mtrs. - Baghi Khana Road, Bwp., Riaz Colony, Noorul Haq Colony, Bahawal Colony, Bwp.: 1-1/4 Dia P.E = 1,656 Mtrs., 2 Dia P.E = 1,422 Mtrs. - Faisal Colony, BWP: 1-1/4 Dia P.E = 2,568 Mtrs., 2 Dia P.E = 930 Mtrs. - Sajid Awan Town, BWP: 1-1/4 Dia P.E = 3,000 Mtrs. - Sajid Awan Town, BWP: 1-1/4 Dia P.E = 1,548 Mtrs., 2 Dia P.E = 1,506 Mtrs. Additionally, ditching, backfilling, reinstatement and allied works are required for underground network replacement from Sadar Pulli Bwp to 2 Dia Tbs 100 Foot Road, Islami Colony, Bwp with quantities including 4 Dia M.S = 2,300 Mtrs. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from SNGPL Regional Office, Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur. The bidding document price is Rs. 1,000/- and earnest money must be at least 2% excluding taxes. Bids must be prepared as per instructions and submitted to the same office by 27-08-2026 at 15:00 Hrs. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:30 Hrs. Pre-qualified contractors must provide valid NTN/Income Tax Certificate, PPRA Certificate, and latest professional tax certificate with their request for tender documents. Each item will be evaluated separately. This tender is a re-floating due to non-participation of contractors previously.
