Ditching, Backfilling, Reinstatement & Allied Services for Network Replacement in Rahim Yar Khan, Sadiqabad & Khanpur

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors of Bahawalpur Region for ditching, backfilling, reinstatement and allied services related to network replacement under the System Rehabilitation Program for Bahawalpur Region. The work covers multiple localities in the sub-region including Rahim Yar Khan, Sadiqabad, and Khanpur. Items being procured: - Laying of 1-1/4"Ø & 2"Ø PE pipeline in Basti Din Pur Colony, Rehman Colony & Chak 111/P West Rahim Yar Khan (1-1/4"Ø x 1715m, 2"Ø x 615m) - Laying of 1-1/4"Ø & 2"Ø PE pipeline in Al-Falah Town (OLD RCA Factory) & Govt. Associate College for Women Sadiqabad (1-1/4"Ø x 2625m, 2"Ø x 545m) - Laying of 1-1/4"Ø, 2"Ø PE pipeline in Basti Mian Abdul Salam Khanpur, 4"Ø MS High Pressure line from Nawan kot Chowk to Gilan CNG & Nawan kot Chowk to Pakistan Chowk, Khanpur (1-1/4"Ø x 1925m, 2"Ø x 1150m, 4"Ø x 3760m) The scope includes pipeline laying and allied civil works such as ditching, backfilling, and reinstatement at the specified locations. Bidders must be pre-qualified contractors with valid NTN/Income Tax Certificates, PPRA Certificate, and professional tax certificates. The price of bidding documents is Rs. 1000/- and earnest money of not less than 2% (excluding taxes) is required. Bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding instructions and submitted to the SNGPL Regional Office, Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A Bahawalpur by 03-09-2026 at 1500 hours.
