Tender Description
This tender invites reputed and experienced documentary filmmakers and production houses to provide specialized media production services for a confidential defence project located in Ormara, issued by the Pakistan Navy's NCW Department in Karachi. The scope involves highly sensitive work requiring strict confidentiality and adherence to security protocols.
The project demands professional documentary production expertise, including the use of advanced filming equipment and a skilled production team. The work will be conducted under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), with detailed technical requirements and evaluation criteria shared only with shortlisted bidders. The location in Ormara presents logistical and operational challenges, necessitating experienced teams familiar with defence-related environments.
Bidders must be registered with GST, SST, and Income Tax authorities, and comply with all tax obligations. The tender requires submission of firm registration documents and a non-refundable tender fee. Firms should demonstrate their production team's qualifications and equipment capabilities. The contract winner will be required to deposit a 2% security amount as a pay order upon signing.
The submission deadline is set for 10:00 AM on 25 March 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the NCW Department, PN Dockyard, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with company name, quotation number, and date. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid includes all required registration certificates and a valid Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for the security deposit. Also, carefully review the tender documents for specific stamp duty and tax compliance details often overlooked by bidders.
