The scope involves handling sensitive and classified content, requiring strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.
The work demands a professional production team equipped with advanced filming equipment capable of operating within secure military environments at PN Dockyard, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in documentary filmmaking, including technical proficiency and experience with defence-related projects. The department emphasizes the importance of compliance with non-disclosure agreements (NDA) before sharing detailed project requirements.
Bidders should ensure their firms are registered with GST, SST, and Income Tax authorities, providing valid registration numbers and certificates. The tender requires firms to submit quotations inclusive of all applicable taxes. It is advisable to verify PEC category compliance and maintain an active ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26 to meet government procurement standards.
Submission deadline is set for 10:00 AM on 25 March 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the NCW Department, PN Dockyard, Karachi. Interested parties must submit sealed envelopes clearly marked with company name, quotation number, and date. Tender documents and terms can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 and submission of GST and NTN certificates.
Pro-Tip: Ensure to prepare the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for 2% security deposit as pay order, which is refundable upon contract award. Also, carefully review the tender advertisement for any specific stamp duty or bid validity requirements often overlooked in defence tenders.
