Police School of Traffic Warden, Elite Police Communication, New Police Lines, Bannu Road, Kohat invites sealed bids for the procurement of vehicles and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the department by acquiring new vehicles and generators for various field and administrative tasks in Kohat. Items being procured: - Double Cabin 4x4 Diesel Vehicles (Qty: 2) - Double Cabin 4x4 Petrol Vehicles (Qty: 2) - Motorcycles 150cc (Qty: 2) - Motorcycles 125cc (Qty: 2) - Generators (Qty: 2) All items must be brand new and conform to the latest models available in the market. The vehicles and motorcycles should be equipped with all standard features and accessories as per departmental requirements. Generators must be suitable for continuous operation and meet the power needs of the department. Eligible bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess a valid NTN. Bidders are required to submit their bids along with all supporting documents, including proof of registration, up-to-date tax clearance, and relevant experience certificates. Earnest Money at the rate of 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the department. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 25.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
