Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai, District Malakand, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors for the execution of multiple development works under the Hydel Power Generating Districts Development Project and Malakand Area Development Programme. The works are to be carried out at various union councils and locations within Tehsil Dargai, with a focus on civil infrastructure and municipal services. Items being procured: - Construction of Drain, Pavement of Street, Culverts, Retaining Wall, PCC Road etc. at U/Cs Dargai, Kharki, Wartair, Mehrdi, Sakhakot Khas, Sakhakot Jadeed, Sakhakot Bandajat, Koper, Badraqa, Hero Shah, G.U Khel, Kot, and Sellay Pattay (Estimated Cost: Rs. 70.00 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,400,000, PEC Category: C-4 & Above) - Construction of Drain, Pavement of Street, Culverts, Retaining Wall, PCC Road etc. in PK-24 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,000,000, PEC Category: C-5 & Above) - Provision of Container Solid Waste Management for Tehsil Dargai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 2.50 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 50,000, PEC Category: C-6 & Above) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works such as construction of drains, culverts, retaining walls, and pavement of streets and PCC roads, as well as the provision of solid waste management containers. All works must comply with the current MRS 2025 (1st Bi-annual) and relevant PEC codes. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 and enlisted with the Local Council Board are eligible. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess an active NTN Income Tax Certificate. Earnest Money at 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of original call deposit in the name of TMO, TMA Dargai. Tender documents and BOQs are downloadable from the official e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS and in hard copy (sealed envelope) to the office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Dargai, by 27 August 2026, 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
