Drainage Scheme Garhikhairo Town Taluka Garhikhairo District Jacobabad Construction Works

The Public Health Engineering Department Government of Sindh invites sealed tenders through the Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure via the ePADS portal for the Drainage Scheme Garhikhairo Town Taluka Garhikhairo District Jacobabad. This project involves comprehensive construction works including surface drains, paver blocks, screening chambers, pump houses, electric motors, diesel engines, suction and delivery piping systems, diesel generators, PE pipe distribution systems of various diameters, compound walls of different sizes, oxidation ponds, RCC sump wells, and solar energy systems for motors. Items being procured: - Construction of Surface Drains - Paver Block Flooring - Screening Chamber (5x8 ft) - Construction of Pump House (12x16 ft) - A.C Electric Motor 10 HP - Diesel Oil Engine 16 BHP - A.C Electric Motor 30 HP - Suction & Delivery Pipes - Diesel Generator 80 KVA - P.E Pipe Distribution System & Delivery Main (6", 8", 14" Dia) - Construction of Compound Walls (50x50 Zone A, 100x75 Zone B, 75x75 Zone C) - Construction of Oxidation Ponds (280x125) - RCC Sump Wells - Providing Solar Energy Systems for 10 HP and 30 HP Motors The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, brickwork, reinforced concrete, steel fabrication, electrical installations, and solar power system installation. The site is located in Jacobabad, Sindh. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with specified specializations, valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, active taxpayer status, financial turnover matching project cost, experience of similar works in the last five years, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ePADS portal before 10:00 AM on 16 November 2026 (first attempt) or 01 December 2026 (second attempt). Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Executive Engineer (Dev), Public Health Engineering Division Jacobabad. The bid validity period is 90 days. Tender fee of Rs. 5000/- must be attached with the technical bid.
