Construction of Drains, Roads, Culverts and Solid Waste Management in Tehsil Dargai

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai, invites sealed tenders through EPADS from eligible firms and contractors for development works under ADP No. 1741 / 250728 Hydel Power Generating Districts Development Project, excluding Haripur and Swabi, and the Malakand Area Development Programme. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014, with relevant Pakistan Engineering Council licensing and Local Council Board enlistment requirements. Mandatory scheme and lot details are as follows: Lot 1 covers construction of drains, pavement of streets, culverts, retaining walls, parapet walls and PCC roads in UC Dargai, Kharki, W artair, Meherdi, Sakhakot Khas, Sakhakot Jadeed, Sakhakot Bandajat, Koper, Badraga, Hero Shah, G.U Khel, Kot and Sellay Pattay, with an estimated amount of **Rs. 70.00 Million**, 2 percent earnest money of **Rs. 1,400,000**, and tender form fee of **Rs. 21,000**. Lot 2 covers similar construction works in PK-24, estimated at **Rs. 50.00 Million**, with **Rs. 1,000,000** earnest money and **Rs. 15,000** tender fee. Lot 3 covers provision of containerised solid waste management for Tehsil Dargai, estimated at **Rs. 2.50 Million**, with **Rs. 50,000** earnest money and **Rs. 750** tender fee. Bidders must be eligible registered contractors, hold the applicable PEC C-4, C-5 or C-6 and above codes, provide valid Local Council Board enlistment, CNIC, KPRA registration and active NTN and ATL status. Original call deposit or demand draft must be furnished in favour of TMO, TMA Dargai, District Malakand. Bid documents and BOQs are available through EPADS at **https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk**. Bids must be uploaded and submitted electronically by **27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**. Scanned technical and financial bids must also be sent in sealed envelopes by registered courier to the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Dargai. Technical bids are scheduled to open on **27 August 2026 at 12:30 PM**. Financial bids will open after technical evaluation.
