Drilling and Development of Tube Well Bore with Solar System at Different Union Councils of District Kohlu

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Kohlu invites sealed tenders for the execution of various development works under the PSDP 2026-27 scheme. The procurement is for drilling and development of tube well bore along with solar system installation at different union councils of District Kohlu. Items being procured: - Drilling and development of tube well bore - Solar system installation The project involves installation of solar-powered tube wells to improve water management in the district. Eligible contractors/firms must have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-5 or above, with specialized codes CE09(ii) for Water Supply, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, and EE11(vi) for Solar Installation. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 34,825,725 in one of the previous financial years, demonstrating financial capacity. Audit reports and balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 must be submitted. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit. Tender fee is non-refundable and payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through EPPS challan.
