Drilling and Installation of 09 Piezometers and Allied Works

The Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), through its Water Resources Research Centre (WRRC) Regional Office in Quetta, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms or contractors for the drilling and installation of 09 piezometers. The scope includes borehole drilling up to 600 ft. depth, installation of UPVC strainer pipes, gravel packing, safety boxes, construction of manholes, and other allied works. Items being procured: - Drilling and installation of 09 Piezometers - Borehole drilling up to 600 ft. depth - Installation of UPVC strainer pipes - Gravel packing - Safety boxes - Construction of manholes - Other allied works The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of the Regional Director upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable Tender Document Fee of Rs. 2,000. Bidding documents are available from 07 September 2026 during office hours and can be obtained up to 23 September 2026. Bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost, in the prescribed form and manner. PCRWR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements, including PEC registration and FBR/ATL status. Timely submission and proper documentation will be critical for successful participation.
