This tender invites bids for multiple infrastructure projects in Kharan City under BSDI Phase II by the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Kharan Division. The scope includes drilling works, installation of solar systems, laying and jointing of HDPE pipelines, and construction of storage tanks and pump houses. These works are critical for improving water supply and storage infrastructure in various localities including WSS Killi Keera Khan, Dar-ul-Halloom, Safarzai Mohallah, and Gidan Hotal area.
The projects involve supply and installation of solar systems to power water supply schemes, laying HDPE pipelines of various diameters (110mm, 160mm, 200mm), and construction of pump houses and boundary walls. The engineering challenges include working in remote areas of Kharan with careful coordination for pipeline alignment and ensuring solar system integration for sustainable water pumping. The estimated costs range from PKR 14.8 million to PKR 29.6 million per lot, reflecting the scale and complexity of the works.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration with appropriate categories for civil and electrical works and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the fiscal year 2025-26.
