Supply of Drinking Water through Water Bowzer 3000 Gallon Capacity to Sardasht and Surrounding Area Sub Division Pasni

The Public Health Engineering Division Gawadar invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the supply of drinking water through a water bowzer with a 3000 gallon capacity to Sardasht and the surrounding area in Sub Division Pasni. This procurement is for the year 2026 and will be executed on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates basis. The estimated cost for this project is PKR 15,210,000. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of the Government of Balochistan. Financial eligibility requires showing a turnover of at least PKR 10.64 million in any of the last eleven years. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 during office hours from the date of publication until 16 September 2026.
