Tender Description
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors for the supply of a comprehensive range of drugs, medicines, surgical and disposable items, X-ray films, chemicals, contrast media (radiology items), endovascular instruments, and orthopaedic implants. This procurement is under a frame work contract for the financial year 2027-28, covering all health institutes across Sindh province.

The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, radiology items, and specialized medical devices to be delivered to various health facilities throughout Sindh. Each institute will procure as per its available budget, and the rate contract will be finalized and circulated to all health facilities. Bidders must be on the FBR/ SRB Active Taxpayers List and comply with all SPPRA rules. Bid security of **Rs. 5,000** per item is required, and the tender will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by **22nd September 2026** at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The opening will take place at Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
A practical tip: Register on the EPADS portal well in advance and ensure your bid security pay order is ready for each item you intend to bid for, as late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
