Procurement of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items, X-Ray Films, Chemicals, Contrast Media, Endovascular Instruments, Orthopaedic Implants, Dental and Cardiac Medical Devices for Health Institutes in Sindh (Frame Work Contract 2027-28)

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors for the procurement of a comprehensive range of drugs, medicines, surgical and disposable items, X-ray films, chemicals, contrast media (radiology items), endovascular instruments, orthopaedic implants, dental materials, and cardiac medical devices. This procurement is under a frame work contract for the financial year 2027-28, covering health institutes across Sindh province. Items being procured: - Drugs / Medicines (Anti Bacterial, Antibiotic, Anaesthetic Drugs, Obstetrics, Ophthalmic, ENT Drugs) - Drugs / Medicines (Plasma Expander, Large Volume Parenterals) - Syringes, I.V. Cannula, CVP Lines - Surgical / Disposable / Sundries / Sutures / Disinfectant / Antiseptic & Other Allied Items - Sundries / Cotton Bandages / Drips etc. - Endovascular Equipment - Orthopaedic Implants - Drugs / Medicines (General Medicines, Hormones, Dermatology, Drugs of Cardiology) - Oncology Drugs - Psychotropic Drug - Vaccine / Immunoglobulin / Antiviral / Hepatitis Drugs - Dental Material - X-Ray Films / Chemical / Contrast Media & Other Related Drugs - Cardiac Medical Devices The technical scope includes supply and delivery to various health facilities throughout Sindh, with each institute procuring as per their available budget. Rate contracts will be finalized and circulated to all health facilities. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB, and bid security of **Rs. 5,000** per item is required. Only electronic bids via EPADS will be accepted; manual bids are not allowed. The deadline for bid submission is **22nd September 2026** at 11:00 AM, with opening at Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. A practical tip: Register on the EPADS portal well in advance and ensure your bid security pay order is ready for each item you intend to bid for, as late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
