Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites bids for Dry Docking and Associated Repairs / 5th Special Survey of M.V Chitral. This procurement is conducted under clause-36(a) Single stage one Envelope procedure of PPR Rules, 2004 and the approved PNSC Procurement Policy Clause 4.17. The project involves dry docking and associated repairs of the vessel M.V Chitral, scheduled for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Dry Docking - Associated Repairs - 5th Special Survey of M.V Chitral The scope includes comprehensive dry docking services and related repairs at shipyards/dockyards as per PNSC standards and maritime regulations. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards for vessel maintenance and survey requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in maritime vessel dry docking and repair services. Earnest Money and Bid Security requirements are as per PNSC procurement policy. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PNSC office Monday to Friday between 09:30 PKT and 16:30 PKT or can be downloaded from the PNSC website at https://www.pnsc.com.pk/tenders/Chitral-Drydock-2026.zip. Bids must be submitted by email only to chitral.drydock@pnsc.com.pk by 11:00 PKT on October 26th, 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 PKT in the Conference Room, Sixteen Floor, PNSC Building, Karachi, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. PNSC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per the approved independent PNSC Procurement Policy 2025.
