Dry Docking and Associated Repairs/5th Special Survey of MV Chitral

Bidders must be well-established shipyards or dockyards, registered with the appropriate national incorporating body. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be submitted in USD and include a completed Excel sheet with unit rates and discounts as per PNSC's standard tariff. Partial quotations are not accepted. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder considering repair cost, docking schedule, and opportunity costs.
