4x3 Duct Line, Manholes and Transformer/LBS Plinth Construction for Islamabad Club Utility Shifting

**Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)**, through Village Electrification and Construction Division IESCO Islamabad, invites eligible engineering firms and joint ventures to execute one job for a 4x3 duct line with manholes and transformer/LBS plinths for shifting utility services from the Filling Station to Islamabad Club, Part-B. The work is under the IESCO jurisdiction and is scheduled for completion within 90 days. No separate lots are provided. Mandatory item list for the single job includes: Sr. 1, shingle and gravel formation, 1,094 Cum; Sr. 2, supply and laying of joints and testing of 125mm internal diameter, 7mm wall AC pipe class B for duct line, 3,300 Mtr; Sr. 3, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, 31 Cum; Sr. 4, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, 260 Cum; Sr. 5, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, 26 Cum; Sr. 6, dismantling cement concrete 1:2:4, 26 Cum; Sr. 7, brickwork with cement-sand mortar 1:5, 58 Cum; Sr. 8, cement plaster 1:3, 140 Sqm; Sr. 9, erection and removal of vertical centring, 521 Sqm; Sr. 10, reinforced cement concrete excluding reinforcement steel, 37 Cum; Sr. 11, supply and fabrication of 40,000 PSI deformed reinforcement steel, 4,529 Kg; and Sr. 12, M/S angles, 0.403 Ton. The grand BOQ total is **PKR 11,261,448**. Applicants must hold relevant PEC codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and valid registration through 30 June 2027, be prequalified by NTDC Lahore, and maintain active FBR GST and Punjab Revenue Authority status. Similar completed work, audited turnover for three years, current tax returns, financial capacity and a fresh bank statement are required. A bid security equal to **2% of BOQ cost**, approximately PKR 225,229, must be uploaded and the original submitted before opening. The successful bidder must provide a **5% performance guarantee**, or 10% where the offer is below 20% of BOQ cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by **27 August 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Opening will occur online at **10:00 AM** the same day. Manual bids are not accepted.
