Village Electrification, Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), invites eligible engineering firms and joint ventures to execute civil works for shifting utility services from the 132 kV Rawal Grid Station to Kashmir Chowk, Part-A, under Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The job is without lots, requires one job, has a quantity of 1 job, a delivery schedule of 90 days, and an indicated bid security of **PKR 226,619**. The scope is under the jurisdiction of IESCO and carries a BOQ estimate of **PKR 11,330,966**. Printed BOQ items are: 1) shingle and gravel formation, 1,088 Cum; 2) supply, laying, jointing and testing of AC Pipe Class B, 125mm internal diameter and 7mm wall, 3,300 metres; 3) plain cement concrete 1:2:4, 32 Cum; 4) plain cement concrete 1:3:6, 270 Cum; 5) plain cement concrete 1:4:8, 26 Cum; 6) dismantling cement concrete 1:2:4, 28 Cum; 7) brickwork with cement-sand mortar 1:5, 56 Cum; 8) cement plaster 1:3, 13mm, 137 Sqm; 9) erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain concrete, 515 Sqm; 10) reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 37 Cum; 11) supply and fabrication of 40,000 PSI deformed reinforcement steel, 4,529 Kg; and 12) supply of M/S angles, 0.403 metric ton. Bidders must hold PEC registration with specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and renewal through 30 June 2027, and must be prequalified by Chief Engineer D&S/S&S NTDC Lahore. FBR NTN, active GST, active PRA registration, FY 2025-26 tax returns, audited turnover for the last three financial years, relevant completed work, financial capacity and fresh bank evidence are required. ATL status must be active. JV participation is permitted for up to two members. A **2% CDR or Pay Order** from the firm account, issued by a scheduled bank rated A+ or above and favouring the Chief Executive Officer IESCO, must be uploaded on EPADS, with the original delivered before opening.
