Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a duplicator/photocopier machine at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS) in Sakrand, Sindh. The procurement falls under the Electronics & Appliances category and is managed by the university's Director Works office. The project requires a high-speed digital copy printer with advanced features including 200/600 dpi printing, heavy-duty capacity, and ink-saving technology, suitable for legal size documents. The machine must be capable of producing up to 130 copies per minute with enlargement and reduction options, ensuring efficient document handling for university operations. The site is located in Sakrand, which may pose logistical considerations for delivery and installation.
Bidders must comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules and provide a 5% earnest money deposit along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000. The bid validity is 90 days, and bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), possess a valid Chamber of Commerce certificate, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience. The procurement method is a single stage one envelope procedure, and bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA EPADS portal.
The tender requires compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL registration for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bidders should ensure all documentation, including financial statements and technical brochures, are complete and submitted as per the instructions. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a demand draft or pay order in favor of SBBUVAS Sakrand. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
The submission deadline is bolded on 17th February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled at 11:45 AM the same day at the Vice Chancellor Secretariat Committee Room, SBBUVAS Sakrand main campus. Bidders are advised to attend the opening to observe the process. The physical address for correspondence and document inspection is the office of the Director Works, SBBUVAS Sakrand.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid includes all required documents, especially the bid security and technical brochure, as incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected outright. Also, verify the stamp duty requirements as per Sindh government notifications to avoid disqualification.
