AUCTION: E-Auction of Advertisement Rights for Various Modes of Static and Digital Advertisement in Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites reputed registered advertising firms of PHA and national/multinational companies registered with the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Registrar of Firms to participate in the e-auction for advertisement rights in Lahore. The auction covers two main categories of advertisement rights: LED Streamers of size 6x3 and Digital Towers/Smart Digital SMDs of size 10x5. Items being auctioned: - LED Streamers at 29 locations including Kalma Chowk Flyover (36 qty), Azadi Flyover (100 qty), Do Moria Flyover Circular Road (62 qty), Shanubaba Roundabout to Nusrat Hospital Pine Avenue (37 qty), Shanubaba Roundabout towards Defence Road DHA Rehbar (19 qty), Gate No.1 Sector-I, DHA Rehbar Defence Road (14 qty), Valancia Gate No.8 (40 qty), Gate No.4 DHA Rehbar Defence Road Sector III Gate No.5 (33 qty), Gate No.5 DHA Rehbar Defence Road Sector IV (47 qty), Shanu Baba Roundabout to Bhobtian Chowk University of Lahore Road (49 qty), Thokar Flyover (28 qty), Shahkam Flyover (45 qty), Arfa Kareem Flyover (23 qty), Bhaikewal to Farooq Hospital (11 qty), Moon Market to Scheme Morr (32 qty), Muslim Town Flyover Jamia Ashrafia to Kalma Chowk (30 qty), Muslim Town Flyover to Icchara (38 qty), Old Qainchi (15 qty), Akbar Chowk Flyover (64 qty), Y-Junction to Marriyan Stop (50 qty), Faisal Town Marriyan Stop to Faisal Town Chowk (50 qty), Y-Junction to Campus (18 qty), Main Bazar Township Al-Madina Market Mochi Pura to M.A Chowk (40 qty), Chairing Cross to Al Hamra Art Council Mall Road (14 qty), Al Hamra Art Council to Governor House Chowk Mall Road (45 qty), Governor House Chowk to Davis Road Chowk Mall Road (29 qty), Davis Road Chowk to Canal Underpass Mall Road (51 qty), Canal Underpass to Zafar Ali Chowk Mall Road (26 qty), Zafar Ali Chowk to Mian Meer Bridge Mall Road (20 qty). - Digital Towers/Smart Digital SMDs at 3 locations: U-Turn in front of Club Chowk Mall Road, U-Turn in front of Canal Masjid Chowk facing traffic coming from Mall Road, and Shaukat Khanum Chowk under the bridge slip road facing traffic from Khayaban e Jinnah and going toward Canal & Expo Center. The auction will be conducted online via the e-auction portal https://phaeauction.punjab.gov.pk/login. Advertisers must register online through the eBiz Portal and submit bidding documents by 01-10-2026. The e-auction will be held on 05-10-2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Successful bidders will bear installation costs and operate the advertisements commercially. Only firms with valid registration with Horticulture Agency Lahore and SECP/Registrar of Firms are eligible. Multinational companies may display only company-owned products on designated media. Earnest money (bid security) amounts vary per location and must be deposited online at least 5 days before the auction date. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. The PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx) will calculate response time from the date of advertisement publication. Bidders should ensure timely online registration and bid security deposit to avoid disqualification. Careful review of all terms and conditions on the e-auction portal is advised before participation.
