AUCTION: E-Auction of Official Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The President's Secretariat (Public) Islamabad is conducting an e-auction of official vehicles located in Islamabad. This auction offers bidders the opportunity to acquire various government vehicles on an as-is-where-is basis in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024. Items being auctioned: - Honda Civic, 1800cc, 2007 - Toyota Corolla, 1600cc, 2003 - Toyota Corolla, 1300cc, 2004 - Toyota Corolla, 1300cc, 2006 - Toyota Corolla, 1300cc, 2004 - Toyota Corolla, 1300cc, 2003 - Toyota Corolla, 1300cc, 2009 - Suzuki Van, 800cc, 2007 - Suzuki Van, 800cc, 2005 - Toyota Hi-ace, 2446cc, 2002 - Hino Bus, 3600cc, 2005 The auction will be conducted online through the EPADS v2.0 platform, and manual bids will not be accepted. Registered bidders must participate using their EPADS v2.0 accounts. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles during office hours at Aiwan-e-Sadr, Sector G-5, Islamabad before submitting their bids. Original CNIC and attested copy must be presented for verification. Earnest Money amounting to 10% of the reserve price of each vehicle is mandatory and must be submitted via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Director (General), President's Secretariat (Public), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad. The original payment instrument must be received by 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026. Unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money refunded after the auction process. The successful bidder must pay the remaining bid amount and applicable taxes within 15 days of the auction. Transfer of ownership and delivery of vehicles will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, Regulation No.28. Bidders should ensure timely submission of electronic bids before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
