NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Office of the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Quetta is conducting an E-Auction for disposal of old and used vehicles and motorcycles. The auction will be held on the PPRA Portal (E-PAD version 2.0) on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS, BASIS'. The closing date and time for bids is **3rd September 2026 at 11:00 am**, with bid opening at 11:30 am at the Office of the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Quetta. Items being auctioned: - Suzuki Pickup (Reg No: QAC-8737, Model: 1985, Reserved Price: PKR 250,000) - Suzuki Bolan (Van) (Reg No: QAS-5638, Model: 2008, Reserved Price: PKR 250,000) - Suzuki Bolan (Van) (Reg No: QAS-4138, Model: 2008, Reserved Price: PKR 350,000) - Honda 100 Motorcycle (Reg No: QAD-2045, Model: 1986, Reserved Price: PKR 5,000) - Yamaha 100 Motorcycle (Reg No: QAE-5788, Model: 1990, Reserved Price: PKR 5,000) - Yamaha 100 Motorcycle (Reg No: QAD-7230, Model: 1988, Reserved Price: PKR 5,000) All vehicles and motorcycles are parked at the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Office, Saryab Road Quetta. Interested bidders may inspect the items during office hours from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm until 2nd September 2026. Bidders must upload their National Identity Card and provide a complete present address and active telephone number in the prescribed format. A 10% Earnest Money deposit of the reserved price is mandatory in the form of CDR or Pay Order favoring the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Quetta. Only registered bidders will be eligible to participate. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the bidding process. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the total bid amount immediately and the remaining within seven days of auction approval. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of advance money. All government taxes will be charged in addition to the bid amount. The successful bidder must transfer ownership and register the vehicle/motorcycle within 30 working days of auction confirmation and lift the vehicle at their own expense within 10 days of possession. Failure to lift will incur ground rent charges and eventual forfeiture. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully inspect the vehicles and motorcycles before bidding to assess condition and avoid surprises, and ensure timely submission of all required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification.
