Construction of E-Commerce Centre at Government Boys Degree College Winder District Hub (BSDI Phase-III)

The Communication Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department District Hub is inviting electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of an E-Commerce Centre at Government Boys Degree College Winder, District Hub (BSDI Phase-III). This project is part of the department's ongoing infrastructure development initiatives for the year 2026, and all works will be executed on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates basis. Items being procured: - Construction of E-Commerce Centre at Government Boys Degree College Winder District Hub (BSDI Phase-III) (Estimated Cost: 59,701,584 PKR) The technical scope includes all civil, structural, and finishing works required for the completion of the E-Commerce Centre as per approved drawings and specifications. The project site is located in Winder, District Hub, and the successful bidder will be responsible for timely execution and quality assurance as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be present in the Active Taxpayer List of FBR and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and magnitude, with a minimum turnover of 17,671,267 PKR in the last three years, demonstrating adequate financial capacity. Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call, or Pay Order in the name of the undersigned.
