Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete E-Library setup at the District and Sessions Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot. The project includes high-performance desktop computers, printers, networking devices, ergonomic furniture, smart LED displays, and internet subscriptions tailored for legal research and court use in Kandhkot, Sindh. The equipment and services are designed to enhance digital access and operational efficiency within the court complex.
The scope covers delivery and installation of Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet all-in-one printers, TP-Link routers supporting Wi-Fi 6, ergonomic tables and chairs, a 50-inch 4K UHD smart TV, webcams, headphones, and necessary cabling and setup. The project demands adherence to quality standards and includes a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation services. The site location in Kandhkot requires careful coordination to ensure timely delivery and setup within 30 days of contract award.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in similar IT and office equipment projects. Compliance with PEC categories is not applicable, but bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and hold valid NTN and GST registrations. The tender requires submission of Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 and a performance guarantee of 2% of the bid price. All bids must be inclusive of applicable taxes for the fiscal year 2025-26.
The submission deadline is set for 28th February 2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system and physically delivered to the Office of the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kandhkot. The venue for bid opening is the Conference Hall, District Courts Complex, Kandhkot.
