This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at Thul Court, Jacobabad, under the District & Sessions Court, Jacobabad. The procurement includes supply, installation, and setup of hardware, furniture, internet service, and law-site subscriptions, ensuring a modern digital resource center for legal professionals in the region. The project is located in Jacobabad, Sindh, and aims to enhance access to legal information through advanced IT equipment and ergonomic furnishings.
The scope covers Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet all-in-one printer, TP-Link dual-band router, compact laminated tables with mid-back revolving chairs, and a 50-inch Smart 4K UHD TV. Additionally, yearly internet service and subscriptions to law reference sites like Pakistanlawsite and PLJ Online are included. The installation and commissioning will be completed within 30 days from the purchase order issuance, ensuring timely delivery and setup at the Civil Court Building, Jacobabad.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold an active taxpayer status, and meet the minimum turnover requirements. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should ensure their FBR ATL status is current for the financial year 2025-26. The tender follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022), requiring earnest money of PKR 25,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000.
