Supply of Education and Training Services for Directorate of Youth Affairs Balochistan Quetta

The Directorate of Youth Affairs Balochistan, Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for supply of Education and Training Services. Items being procured: - Education and Training Services (Total Item(s) Count: 1) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 50 million each in previous 3 years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 50 million in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in active tax payer list, BRA registration certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Pakistan Software Export Board registration affidavit committing to end-to-end delivery of the training/incubation cycle, letter of support/partnership/MoU with at least 2 international certification bodies or authorities is required. Experience of operating/maintaining a government tech asset (facility operations, asset management, security & operational team management) on a long-term concession of 15 years or more, valid ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certification is mandatory. The bidding firm must furnish a No Demand Certificate confirming no outstanding tax demand/dues against the firm. The bidding firm must be registered as a DNFBP (Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions). Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
