Tender Description
The **District Council Bahawalpur** invites sealed quotations from eligible, registered and reputable firms or contractors registered with PPRA Punjab for Eid Milad Ul Nabi arrangements during financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under Rule 42(b) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Quotations must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System with bid security equal to 5% of the relevant estimated cost.
Mandatory item list: Lot No. 1, Rent Items, estimated at **PKR 2,406,768**, with earnest money of **PKR 120,338**: Sr. 1 Chaina Lari; 2 Balb Lari; 3 Entry Gate; 4 LED Light 100W; 5 LED Colour Light 3D; 6 Fancy Board; 7 Wire 7/0.029 Coil; 8 Wire 7/0.044 Coil; 9 Wire 7/0.052 Coil; 10 Wire 7/0.064 Coil; 11 Sofa Set VIP; 12 Generator 50 KVA with Operator; 13 Sound System SP-4; 14 Chair Steel Foam; 15 Stage Choki; 16 Qanat 15 x 20; and 17 Dera Kanopi.
Lot No. 2, Purchase Items, estimated at **PKR 2,408,380**, with earnest money of **PKR 120,419**: Sr. 1 Sweets Special Gift Pack per Kg; 2 Pana Flex; 3 Flower Basket; 4 Nestle Water 1/2 Ltr; 5 Cold Drink Tin Pack; 6 Mala Gulab Flower; 7 Roghani Nan; 8 Trophy Metal; 9 Invitation Card; 10 Zarda Daig Khoye Wali 10 Kg; 11 Daig Chicken 10 Kg; and 12 Daig Pulao 10 Kg. Bidders should provide complete event-support arrangements, functional electrical and sound equipment, suitable furniture, decorations, food items and timely delivery or installation as applicable.
Quotations must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System no later than **20 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** They will be opened the same day at **11:30 a.m.** in the office of the undersigned, in the presence of the Quotation Opening Committee and attending bidders or authorised representatives. Firms should maintain valid registration, tax compliance and ATL status, and upload the required bid security and documents. Obtain further estimate details from the District Officer (L&S), District Council Bahawalpur during office hours. Practical tip: verify every rented item, electrical rating and food unit specification against the lot schedule before submitting the financial quotation.
