Electric Battery Cart Lifter Procurement

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids for procurement of an Electric Battery Cart Lifter with a capacity of 2.5 Ton. This procurement is specifically for the Tank Manufacture Factory at HIT Taxila. Items being procured: - Electric Battery Cart Lifter (1 Nos) The battery type required is Lithium-Ion with preferred battery power between 8-12 KWh. The charger must be a smart automatic charger supporting opportunity charging with continuous operation and minimum 6 hours charging time, and charging time should be less than or equal to 4 hours. The electric motor specifications are detailed in the tender documents. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Interested bidders may visit the concerned project for clarification/specification on any working day before the bid submission date. Eligibility criteria include valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with the eligibility conditions prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document. Firms must submit a bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. The bid validity period is 120 days extendable to 180 days. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The bid submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
