Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Electric Cables for the Uch Sharif Project located in District Bahawalpur, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to source high-quality electric cables meeting stringent technical specifications. Items being procured include:
- Standard Electric Cable, 35mm2, 04 Core, PVC Insulation, CU/PVC/PVC, 99.99% or better copper conductor, 300/500 V, Quantity: 90 meters
- Standard Electric Cable, 50mm2, 04 Core, PVC Insulation, CU/PVC/PVC, 99.99% or better copper conductor, 300/500 V, Quantity: 90 meters
- Cable, Size 70 Sq mm, Four Core, CU/PVC/SWA/PVC, 600/1000 V, Quantity: 180 meters
- Electric Cable, 37/.083" (120 Sq. mm) PVC/PVC 4 Core Copper, 600/1000 V, Quantity: 180 meters
The cables must be brand new, unused, and conform to the technical specifications detailed in Appendix-C of the bidding documents. Delivery is free at the Uch Sharif Project site with a minimum schedule of 4 weeks. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Original bid security must be submitted physically at SNGPL's Lahore office before the closing date. Eligibility criteria include FBR registration, active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with 100% weightage on technical compliance.
