Tender Description
Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites bids for the Financial Year 2026-27 on FOR basis from well reputed firms and contractors who are registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for purchase of the following tender through E-Tendering on Punjab e Procurement System.
Items being procured:
- Electric Equipment for LT Panels and Lightning Protection (See List)
The procurement involves supply of electric equipment specifically for LT panels and lightning protection systems as per the detailed list provided by Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 amended up to date using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax and must be active taxpayers on the FBR list. A refundable bid security of 1% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 60,000 must be submitted electronically against PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available for free download from the PPRA website and ensure compliance with all requirements. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission of bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues on the e-Procurement portal. Also, keep a copy of the PSID and bid security receipt for reference during bid opening.
