Tender Description
This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide electric pedestrian stackers and related accessories to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad. The procurement focuses on advanced material handling equipment including low, medium, and high-level order pickers with essential safety and operational features. The scope includes delivery, installation, and training by OEM authorized representatives to ensure operational readiness and maintenance capabilities.
The equipment will be supplied with mandatory accessories such as descent control valves, rubber pivoting wheels, polyurethane rollers, emergency buttons, and high-quality hydraulic pumps and motors. The site location at Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad, demands adherence to strict quality and safety standards to meet the operational needs of Pakistan Navy logistics. The technical offer must include detailed specifications, OEM certifications, and compliance with safety norms.
Bidders must be registered with DGDP and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. PEC registration and valid NTN and sales tax certificates are mandatory. The tender requires earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with specified ceilings based on firm registration status. Offers must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions (DPPI-35 Revised 2019).
Submission deadline is set for 07 April 2026 at 1030 hours, with technical bids opening at 1100 hours on the same day.
