Tender Description
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, invites reputable firms and contractors to supply Electric, Plumbing, Carpentry and Paint Store Items for its H-8 and H-9 premises under an annual contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the HEC located in Islamabad Capital Territory.

The scope covers supply of these store items to maintain and support the infrastructure and facilities at HEC premises. The contract will ensure availability of quality materials for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works as required by the department. The procurement method is least cost based, following PPRA Rule 36(a), with a single stage single envelope on an item-rate basis.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and GST Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List, and have a representative office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for execution of the contract. Experience in similar supply contracts and valid PEC registration where applicable will be advantageous.
The closing date for e-bid submission is 01:30 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, with public opening at 02:00 pm the same day at the Auditorium Block, HEC H-9 Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be entertained. Earnest money must be deposited as per the specifications in the bidding documents.
