Supply of Electrical Materials including Transformers, G.S Wire, LT CT Ratios, Connectors, Nuts & Bolts for Islamabad Electric Supply Company

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-Bids for the year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for supply of electrical materials on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. Items being procured: - 400 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformer (35 Nos) - 200 KVA Pad Mounted Distribution Transformer (100 Nos) - G.S Wire 6 mm (130 M.T) - G.S Wire 10 mm (50 M.T) - LT CT Ratio 100/5 A (1000 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 200/5 A (1000 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 400/5 A (400 Nos) - LT CT Ratio 800/5 A (100 Nos) - P.G Connector T-155 (16000 Nos) - Nut & Bolt Size 5/8 x 2 (26900 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of transformers, conductors, connectors, and related hardware conforming to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The materials will be delivered to regional stores in specified cities. Bidders must have valid prototype approval where applicable and be registered with relevant authorities. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope Basis with bids submitted online through the E-PADS system (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank with rating A+ or above is mandatory. Bids must be valid for 120 days from opening date. The bid should cover full quantity; partial bids will not be accepted. Prices must be firm and final on FCS basis without foreign exchange involvement. The tender opening will be on 19-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at IESCO Head Office Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security documents are correctly issued in favor of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad and submitted before the closing time to avoid disqualification.
