Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Limited Karachi is inviting bids for the procurement of various electrical and mechanical equipment as detailed in the tender notice. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational needs of PSO through the SAP ARIBA platform.
Items being procured:
- RC-19847-SR: Motor Control Panel
- LT-19846-AM: Supply of LMPA UPS for installation at PSO Head Office
- RC-19849-IA: Electrical items for KTB and Diesel Auto Plants
- RC-19850-IA: Electrical items for KTB and Diesel Auto Plants including electronic and electrical components
- RF-19851-SI: Supply of RSUK in Eastern Pakistan
- OP-19852-SI: Supply of 20T PSO Pump and related equipment for PSO Pump Station
- GF-19853-YP: Supply of LPG regulators and related components for rail and road transport
- Additional items as per SAP ARIBA platform
The technical scope includes supply and installation of electrical panels, UPS systems, electronic and electrical components for diesel and auto plants, LPG regulators, and other related equipment. The procurement will be conducted through the SAP ARIBA e-procurement system, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration. Experience in supplying similar electrical and mechanical equipment to large industrial clients is preferred.
The tender submission deadline is **13 August 2026 at 03:00 PM** via the SAP ARIBA platform. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:15 PM. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration and submission on SAP ARIBA to avoid disqualification.
