Supply of Electrical and Mechanical Parts for Establishment Mechanical Workshop at Power House SSGC Karachi Terminal

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical parts for the establishment mechanical workshop at Power House SSGC Karachi Terminal. This procurement is managed by the Procurement Department of SSGC Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Electrical parts - Mechanical parts The scope includes supply and installation of these parts as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The work must comply with engineering standards and be coordinated with the Engineer in Charge. All equipment must be brand new, industrial grade, and accompanied by technical datasheets, specifications, and catalogues. The job will be carried out as per site requirements and instructions from the site engineer. Completion is expected within 60 days after issuance of the Letter to Proceed (LTP). Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC licenses in relevant fields of EE03/04 and ME-01/02/03/04 categories, be registered with FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical work. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site before bidding and must submit a fixed bid bond of Rs. 100,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal by 10-08-2026 at 11:00 hours. The public bid opening will be held online the same day at 11:30 hours. Bidders should ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and uploaded correctly. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of public opening.
