Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Mechanical Division-II Islamabad invites bids electronically through the E-PAD system for various electrical and mechanical works at Pak Secretariat Islamabad. This tender is open to contractors enlisted with EPADs, holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses with appropriate category and codes, and possessing an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad. Firms must also have NTN and GST registration with FBR.

- Purchase of Store Material Electrical Items for Routine / Maintenance work of R & S Blocks Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad
- Electrification and Installation of CCTV System and Allied Works at Main Store Mechanical Division-II Pak Secretariat Islamabad
- Rehabilitation / Renovation of Fountains of R & S Block Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad
- Up-Gradation / Renovation of Main Electric Switch Board for Minister Wing C Block Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad

- Up-Gradation / Renovation of Main Electric Switch Board for Minister Wing D Block Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad
The scope covers supply and installation of electrical store materials, CCTV system installation, renovation of fountains, and up-gradation of main electric switchboards at various blocks within the Pak Secretariat complex. The works require adherence to technical specifications and standards set by CDA and relevant authorities.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with the appropriate category, electrical license, NTN and GST registration, and experience of at least 3 work orders in the last two financial years. Bidders must submit Earnest Money in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) clearly indicating the firm’s name in favor of Deputy Director Mechanical Division-II CDA before the closing date.
The closing date and time for e-submission of bids is **30-07-2026 11:30 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the office of Deputy Director Mechanical Division-II CDA. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in accordance with the bidding documents available on the E-PADS portal.
