All products must comply with the relevant quality standards and specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Suppliers must ensure that all items are new, branded, and covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supplies to government departments will be preferred. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the amounts specified against each item in the notice. Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 30 September 2026 at the office of the Punjab Highway Department, Lahore. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
