Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. Items being procured: - 63 KVA Single Phase Pad Mounted Transformers (20 Nos) - 100 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers (150 Nos) - 400 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers (50 Nos) - 630 KVA Pad Mounted Transformer (20 Nos) - PVC Cable 120mm² (37/.083) Single Core (5 Km) - PVC Cable 70mm² (19/.083) 4/Core (75 Km) - PVC Cable 1/C, 70 mm² (19/.083) (5 Km) - Straight Joint Kit 500MCM Single Core Lot-I (2,500 Nos) - Straight Joint Kit 500MCM Single Core Lot-II (2,500 Nos) - Straight Joint Kit 4/0 AWG Single Core (50 Nos) - Termination Kit 4/0 AWG Three Core Indoor (820 Nos) - Termination Kit 4/0 AWG Three Core Outdoor (260 Nos) - Termination Kit 4/0 AWG Single Core Indoor (12 Nos) - Termination Kit 4/0 AWG Single Core Outdoor (45 Nos) - PVC Joint Kit 120mm² (37/.083) 4/Core (2,400 Nos) - PVC Joint Kit 70mm² (19/.083) 4/Core (500 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of transformers and electrical cables conforming to WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. Delivery is to regional stores covering Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. Bidders must ensure materials meet quality standards and prototype approvals where applicable. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, or NGC and have valid FBR registration. Prototype approval is mandatory if applicable. Bidders should submit bids through the E-PADS portal online and upload all mandatory documents. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from scheduled banks is required as per tender details.
