Electrification and Installation of CCTV System and Allied Works at Main Store Mechanical Division-II Pak Secretariat Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the electrification and installation of CCTV system and allied works at the Main Store Mechanical Division-II located in Pak Secretariat Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply, installation and commissioning of wiring with 4-pair data cable, 23 AWG UL/EN listed cable, 90 meters - Supply and erection of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cables, 90 meters - Providing and fixing of CCTV system including 4 cameras 2 Mega pixel with DVR and LED Screen 24" fixing in rack, 1 job - Providing and fixing of LED ceiling light 2'x2' 36 watt, 7 units - Providing and fixing of LED flood light 100 watt, 4 units - Painting of existing iron frame racks and main gate with enamel paint, 1 job - Restoration of drainage system with concrete cement works, 1 job - Providing and fixing of 6-gang switch with electric circuit connection, 2 units - Providing and fixing of PVC duct for electric wiring, 20 meters - Painting of main store including main hall, office, small store room and 4 doors, 1 job - Providing, laying and connection of TV cable RJ45 coaxial cable, 74 meters - Wiring points for light, fan, bell point with cable 1.5mm2, 15 points - Restoration of main gate of store with welding and replacement of rusted iron pipes, 1 job - Providing and fixing of light plug with back box including electric cable 2.5mm2 in PVC duct, 6 points - Providing and fixing of power plug with back box including electric cable 4mm2 in PVC duct, 3 points The technical scope includes complete wiring, installation, and commissioning of CCTV and allied electrical works with approved materials such as Schneider/i-connect UK/3M Corning USA/D-Link/Pollo Australian or equivalent. The work will be executed under the supervision and approval of the Engineer Incharge. The site is the Main Store Mechanical Division-II at Pak Secretariat Islamabad. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in similar electrical and CCTV installation works is essential.
