Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids through National competitive bidding on percentage basis in Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the electrification and installation of a sound system in Court Room No. 10 at the Supreme Court Building Islamabad. This project involves the complete scope of electrification works and providing and installing a sound system tailored for the court room environment.

The technical scope includes all necessary electrical materials and equipment to be installed at the Supreme Court Building, Islamabad. The work must be completed within 14 days as per the contract terms. Eligible bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the appropriate electrical category with relevant codes for the financial year 2025-26. Firms must also be registered with PPRA on the E-PADS software platform and demonstrate relevant technical skills, financial soundness, and at least three relevant work orders in the last two financial years.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and submission procedures are available from the office of the Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II, Capital Development Authority, Room No. 01, Q Block, Pak Secretariat Building, Islamabad. Earnest money of Rs. 91,690/- in the form of CDR is required in favor of the Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II, CDA. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Director E&M (Maintenance), CDA, by the specified deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
