Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-Bids from contractors/bidders registered with PPRA EPAD V 2.0 and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) renewed for the year 2026-27 under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage Single Envelope e-bidding method in accordance with PPRA rules. The procurement covers a wide range of electrification works across multiple districts including Mardan, D.I. Khan, Swabi, Peshawar, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Shangla, and others in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Khan (Part-II) SDGs Work The technical scope includes all kinds of electrification works such as installation, bifurcation, re-routing, transportation of poles, and feeder line planning across various districts. The works are mostly retenders and deposits/private deposit projects. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-6 & Above (EE-04 & EE-05) and registered with FBR. Bidders must have a valid EPAD V 2.0 certificate and be active taxpayers. Financial and technical requirements include average annual turnover of 70% and financial resources/cash flow of 30% of the estimated cost. The tender submission and e-bid opening dates for all lots are on 5th October 2026, with bid submission by 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order as specified. Partial and incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available online and ensure all pages of the SBD are signed and stamped.
