Emergency Works for Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base

The Military Engineer Services (MES) Islamabad invites sealed tenders for emergency works involving the provision of certain facilities at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works is mandatory. Registered firms with PEC in category C-2 or above are eligible, preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Firms must also be free from litigation and have no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Firms must submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be collected from HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 13 August 2026 at 11:30 hours. The tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 hours.
