Tender Description
Sealed bids are invited for the procurement of end user IT equipment including desktop PCs laptops and monochrome printer. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL respectively. The procurement aims to equip the National Logistics Cell with updated IT hardware to support operational efficiency.
Bids must be submitted at HQ NLC Harding Road Near AFIRM Rawalpindi by 26 December 2025 at 1100 hours and will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. A bid security of Rs 100,000 and tender fee of Rs 2,000 payable to National Logistics Corporation HQ Main Account are mandatory.
