Supply, Repair, Maintenance and Purchase of Energy Department Store Items and Physical Assets

Bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from registered firms holding a valid professional tax number for the supply of store items, repair and maintenance works, and purchase of physical assets required by the Energy Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, during financial year 2026-27. Lot 1 estimated budget is **PKR 104.669 million**, with CDR of **PKR 5.234 million**. Lot 2, Repair and Maintenance: 13) Repair of Machinery and Equipment, 14) Repair of Furniture and Fixture, 15) Repair of Transport, and 16) Repair of Hardware, Software and IT Equipment. Lot 2 estimated budget is **PKR 28.001 million**, with CDR of **PKR 1.451 million**. Lot 3, Purchase of Physical Assets: 1) Machinery and Equipment, 2) IT Items, and 3) Hardware Items. Lot 3 estimated budget is **PKR 19.000 million**, with CDR of **PKR 0.950 million**. Each e-bid must include bid security equal to five percent of the estimated price of the relevant lot, in the name of Section Officer General, Energy Department, through CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order.
