Engagement of International Certification Bodies for International Certification of PMYSDP Trainees in High Demand Trades

This procurement is aimed at selecting qualified certification bodies that possess relevant certification capability and demonstrable technical experience to certify trainees in various trades under the Prime Minister's Youth Skills Development Program (PMYSDP). Items being procured: - General Electrician (Building/Industrial) - Plumber - Pipe Fitter - Steel Fixer - Mason - Shuttering Carpenter - Scaffolder - Duct Fabricator - Building Painter - Sheet Metal Fabrication - Electric Arc Welding (SMAW/Stick) - Heavy Machinery Operator (Bulldozer, Loader & Excavator) - Mobile Crane Operator - Industrial Control & Automation - Auto Electrician / Vehicle Electrical Systems - Any other trade notified by NAVTTC The scope includes providing credible international certification solutions for the listed trades/occupations, ensuring that certifications are internationally recognized and supported by verifiable labor-market demand or acceptance. Bidders must submit bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1,000,000 Rs in the form of a pay order in favor of NAVTTC Fund.
