Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites eligible EPADS-registered auto workshops, authorized dealers and firms to provide repair and maintenance services for one Toyota Single Cabin Hilux, Model 2012, Registration No. BB-8552, at Peshawar. The assignment covers engine overhauling, suspension and clutch overhauling, including genuine or Japanese spare parts, labour and lathe work. Mandatory item schedule: Group A Engine Overhauling spare parts: 1 Coolant, 8 Ltrs; 2 Jumping Rods Bush; 3 Diggi Locks; 4 Diggi Cover Rubber; 5 Steering Box; 6 Z Links; 7 Axle Boots; 8 Grease; 9 Gear Oil; 10 Power Oil; 11 Brake Cylinder; 12 Brake Oil; 13 Ring Set; 14 Water Pump; 15 Head Gasket; 16 Thrust Collar; 17 Oil Filter; 18 Engine Oil; 19 Timing Bearing; 20 Diesel Filter; 21 Engine Valve; 22 Turbo Kit; 23 Silicon, quantity 3; 24 Tappet Cover Gasket; 25 Engine Timing Seal; 26 Fan Belt; 27 Timing Belt; 28 Valve Seal; 29 Fan Adjuster; 30 Brake Lights, both. Group B: Suspension Front, Shock Absorbers, Clutch Set and Clutch Bearing, each quantity 1. Group C labour, each one job: Engine Overhauling, Gear Oil Change, Diesel Filter Change, Oil Change, Gear Box Overhauling, Turbo Overhauling, Main Crank Bearing Lathe Work, Main Bearing Piece, Brake Service, Suspension Overhauling and Clutch Overhauling. Parts must be genuine OEM, Japanese or declared aftermarket equivalents, with brand or make identified. A joint inspection will record vehicle condition and mileage; removed parts must be returned, and defects during warranty must be corrected. The completion period is 20 days. Eligible bidders require EPADS registration, NTN, applicable Sales Tax or provincial revenue registration, auto-workshop credentials, non-blacklisting status, genuine-parts undertaking and compliant ATL/tax standing.
