Tender Description
NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta invites technical and financial proposals for engineering consultancy services for designing and detailed supervision of the construction of its building at DHA Phase-1, Quetta. The consultancy will be procured through electronic bids on EPADS under the Least Cost Based Selection Method.
The scope includes design and detailed supervision of the construction of the NADRA Regional Head Office building. Interested consultants registered with FBR/BRA and on the Active Taxpayers List can obtain RFP documents from EPADS. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 20th January 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta. The process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
